Uterus - size, fibroids, adenomyosis
Ovaries - cysts, follicles, PCOS
Endometrium (uterine lining) - thickness, polyps
Early pregnancy evaluation
Pelvic fluid, masses, or infections

Urinary bladder - wall thickness, residual urine
Prostate & seminal vesicles (via transrectal/abdominal approach)
Pelvic masses or fluid
